Free breakfast from the restaurant was a huge bonus! The accommodation isn’t in the heart of town, but free parking and breakfast are worth the walk.

For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Stayed in the Raven’s Nest, which is its own separate unit. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very spacious and water pressure was good. Contactless check in was quick and easy, even though we arrived after the typical check in hours. The inn is a short walk to the main center of Bar Harbor which is handy since parking is $4/hour otherwise!
Great location, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of space for a family of four - 2 adults in master bedrooms and 2 kids in twin beds across the apartment in a separate bedroom. We saw wild deer grazing outside 2-3 days in a row.
The space, furniture, and location of the apartment were good.
Coffee, sugar, plates/bowls, cups, kitchen utensils, cookware, paper towels, sponges, dish & hand soap, pepper, salt & olive oil was all provided which was awesome!
There's a stove top, but only 2 out of 4 burners work.
There's also a small toaster oven, not an actual toaster - no actual oven (not that we wanted an oven... just the grill)
The apartment was very clean. It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was ample parking. The host provided recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants.
The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook in the apartment but it was also close to great restaurants and cafes. Loved the breakfast. Towels were luxurious, comfortable bed. Appreciated all the little extras like nice lotions, salt and pepper in kitchen, crockery. Check in was easy, communication excellent.
Vintage inn that is determined to stay open during the "off-season," which is great for worker bees like me. They told me they will have a flat fee for rooms - $79 - which is very appealing. I will be back!
We loved our time at Physician’s Flat! Truly the PERFECT location, so close to all the shops and restaurants. There is a welcome book with a ton of helpful information about Bar Harbor and Acadia NP - we used their recommendations for restaurants every day. The whole apartment is spacious but cozy and I loved having the kitchen and living area to hang out. I would absolutely stay here again!
