The hotel was extremely nice and comfortable it looked like an apartment and if I ever come back to Georgia again I would definitely be trying to stay there
Front desk clerk (probably owner) was very cheerful and accommodating. Issue with room at check in and he graciously moved us to another room. Convenient in town location. Property just needs a little TLC and facelift but is about what you would expect for the price. It was fine for my very short stay.
The Manager, Ronald, is the true definition of having "exceptional customer service" with professionalism and a great and welcoming personality. In addition, the property and room were clean and well lit. The rooms were large and arranged, similar to an apartment or home. If I ever have to go back to Augusta, I will book Affordable Suites of America Augusta again. Thank you, Ronald, for such a memorable and pleasant stay!
Plenty of space, lovely quiet 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Peaceful neighborhood and very very clean with essentials provided. Hosts were also very accommodating and friendly!!
Everything was amazing!!! The location was perfect. The pictures did no justice for this cozy apartment. I love love loved it. Had pots pans utensils internet smelled amazing!! Washer/Dryer unit 2 rooms with nice cozy beds. Back patio was great cause the weather was nice. Had lights hanging so we didn't have to turn the porch light on. 2 bathrooms which was awesome because I do take longer than my hubby. 🤷🏽♀️😂
I got a king sized room and the shower was amazing. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I loved that when i walked in i felt like i was in my own little apartment. And then my room was right next to the pool so i sat outside the night i was there and enjoyed the vibes.
