The host was wonderful! Very communicative. Greeted me when I arrived and gave thorough instructions on the apartment. They live in the building which was reassuring in case I needed something. It was VERY homey. The bed was SOOOO comfortable. It is a quiet street in a residential neighborhood which is what I wanted. I get tired of waking up in a hotel room and not being able to remember what city I'm in! I like to get a feel for the neighborhood when I travel these days. It felt very safe. It was just a short walk to George Mason University where my meetings were being held. The value was terrific compared to hotels close by.

The actual place was nice. But the check in changed me from 1 guest to 6 guests. I didn’t get any check in info until the day after ,didn’t know the apartment front desk had to look and do way beyond job scope. Had to email constantly with the hosting group everyday several times a day and got several different checkout information. Instead of just having a check in/check out sheet I had to call the website to get it because I couldn’t get into the WiFi to work from home which cause me to leave and work else where until I could get the information over the phone and then I finally received check in info but it was over 10+ different emails which when working and traveling is a lot to deal with. My recommendation keep it short and simple and print it out I the apartment and maybe be more on top of the stays because I had a really bad experience and would never rent again

We love everything about the Condo, my most favorite part of the place is the coffee station. Cindy is so thoughtful and kind to set this up for the guests. The place is immaculate and the location is so close to Eden Center where we can find good foods and essentially close to all the things we want to do in the area.
