The apartment was beautiful and exceptionally well equipped and clean. This property is located on a narrow one way cobblestone street and there is parking nearby. The neighborhood is essentially right in the busy part of the city but due to it's location, you'd never know it. Easy 5 minute walk to just about everything including the MVP arena where we attended the Stevie Nicks concert.
Probably the best part of this transaction was the attentiveness of the property owner (Dillon). He will contact you well in advance of your stay and provide his cell phone # and any information pertinent to the area and your stay. I contacted him twice during our stay (not realizing he'd already provided me the information in advance or our arrival) and he was extremely helpful and not at all anoyed.
We just booked Heart/Cheap Trick tickets in August and I immediately reached out to Dillon to see if he had anything available. Within minutes of contacting him we were confirmed for another rental. If I could rate customer service it would be off the charts. This property will be our go to whenever we travel to Albany!

The apartment was easy to get to off the highway. The apartment was clean on our arrival. I liked that there was a fan in a closet that I could use as I always sleep with a fan running. The bed was comfortable for me. There were enough towels for myself and my daughter. This apartment was fine for a one night stay.

The two separate bedrooms were clean and comfortable, as was the kitchen and living room. Our dog got locked in the apartment when we loaded the car. When contacted, the owner drove immediately to the apartment and helped us get our dog. The owner was so gracious in helping us. Thank you!

Lori is a great host, very friendly and responsive. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is central, with coffee shops and a supermarket nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.
Place was very clean and parking was right behind the apartment which was very convenient. There was coffee pods but fridge totally empty, so bring milk or whatever you need for your AM caffeine fix. The place was very clean
