We liked that is was close to the city center so we could easily visit it and also that was really clean and well kept. The host was really nice and greeted us even if we arrived late in the evening. Also he helped us to get a taxi to and from the airport. Every room was ok, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner and the fan working well.
I think it s a really good option for Stone Town, a good quality price ratio.

Firstly we didn’t stay in the Freddie Mercury apartment, we stayed in a family room with two separate rooms in the main hotel, which we definitely preferred. The hotel was beautiful with lots of character, 2 pools and places to sit. In a great location with the beach and boats to prison island on one side and the town on the other side. We left early so didn’t have chance to try the breakfast but we had dinner there the night before which was very good and reasonably priced.

Nashu is a very good host, feels incredibly welcoming and she is so helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very clean, the bed is so comfy. We also love the location, its close to stonetown. A Walk to stonetown was our favourite through the walking Street Down stonetown, we Love stonetown and the Walk was among one of the best sightseeing which you dont see tourists walking but mostly only local, and this feeling is great!!!! We didnt experience anything disturbance in the apartment, water, heater and all you need is no problem. The apartment was so quite and you could be able to relax at anytime. I Will recommend this and we Will also use again when we are in zanzibar - Thanks Nashu

There was absolutely nothing to like. It was not at all the accomodation that was pictured or described on booking.com. It was a completely different apartment. Dirty, hot, no running water for shower, not even toilet paper. Dirty carpet. Extremely narrow and steep 3 flights of stairs. Dirty sticky floors. Filthy shared bathroom. wound up leaving within 1/2 hour of arriving because it was so bad and this is my first negative review after staying many places on booking. Com and Airbnb.
The property is located in the middle of Stone Town within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the main sites. It is a lovely self-contained apartment with all the facilities you need for a short stay.
The house keeper was very friendly and the owner really helped us out after our bags were delayed at the airport.
The apartment we were given was modern, although not perfect, enough with good air conditioning, bathroom etc. The attention by phone and by Masoud was very welcoming. In general, it was ok for the price but there are better options.
Lovely apartment. The location is at the center of the stone town with easy access to everywhere. We are a group of three friends who really enjoyed the spatial space and kitchen facilities, as well as our privacy with three en-suite rooms. The host has been very warm and helpful. Highly recommend!
The apartment was at a good location, very central. The owner was very good at communicating and helpful. The apartment was spacious and had a lockable drawer (a bit like a safe) in the twin room.
The owner arranged for their driver to take us to the airport at the end of our stay for 15USD, this was very helpful and handy as it was prompt. Having a fridge and good WiFi was very good.
A comfortable and quite equipped apartment in a calm area of the heart of Stone Town. The host was nice, responsive and flexible. It took a few minutes to get to like everywhere in Stone Town including the beach.
Our hosts Eta and Romain were exceptionally responsive to our needs. The location was excellent and the apartment was clean, had all the facilities we needed. Bed linen and towels were of a high quality. I’d definitely stay here again and no hesitation in recommending for others.
