Wow wow wow! What a gem in Jambiani! We loved absolutely everything, from the quality of the accommodation, the friendly and helpful staff to the location and access to the beach and the many restaurants nearby. Selina, the property manager was friendly, approachable and an asset to the team, whilst the ladies on site every day were all incredible. They couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations. They went out of their way to ensure our dietary requirements were met, and everyday they provided us with so much yummy food and fruits.
The transfer from the airport was organised and stress free.
We loved watching the sunrise every morning from our terrace.
Jambiani is slightly quieter than other parts of the island which we loved and the property is so peaceful, despite being 3 apartments it’s quiet and everyone is respectful.
This was our favourite part of our trip to Zanzibar and in hindsight, wish we’d stayed longer than the 4 nights we had. Highly recommend!!!

Barbara was wonderful to deal with even when the staff of booking.com were awful and lied about lines of communication to avoid refunding a night. Accommodation is fantastic as it the pool and the location which is just a stones throw from the beach. Would love to have stayed longer

Everything, starting with a unique sunset on the beach directly from our bed was something amaizing, the room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable to sleep, the pool is big and very nice, lovely views from everywhere in the resort, close to The Rock Restaurant, you can actually see if from the beach. Great food in the restaurant, very nice staff who helped us with everything. We obtained upgrade of the rooms, big apartments with own pool at the terrace, we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were also really tasty and we enjoyed all kinds of milkshakes and smoothies lying near the beach and enjoying sun. The surrounding is very calm, it is not a touristy place, small willage nearby, Thank you Kikoi 😊 we recommend to everyone coming to Zanzibar.
The apartment is basically in the beach, the view is amazing, clean room and kind staff.
The location allows you to enjoy of beautiful walk in the beach, swim in the sea, reach tongues of white sand in the middle of the Ocean and interact with local people.
Such a lovely place, gorgeous decor, friendly owners and right on the beach. My apartment was incredible, so much space and beautifully presented. Service was relaxed and well organised, I was so sad to only stay for one night.
