They understand that traveling is not easy most important with kids . The owner and leadership team ensures that you are being accommodated well . They are very respectful, kind , and polite. Most important very child friendly environment . Mall is right next to the hotel with everything you need . Accomadation was comfortable with decent size room, similar to a small studio flatlet. Manager and his staff was on hand quickly to deal with any queries/concern. Always responded promptly to any of my communications, including a request to extend which was dealt with efficiently

Location of this hotel is centre of the town.The entire apartment seem to be new and impeccably clean .Breakfast counter at top floor had nice view of town.Break fast was pretty fine with good choice of breads and cereals .

We had the most exceptional stay. The staff was so attentive and friendly. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and the rates were truly remarkable as well. The rooms were clean and all of our accommodations and/or requests were met in a timely manner. The pictures online are exact but I attached a few of my own to show it's a fact! We will certainly be staying at Mikocheni Condo again in the future. Kudos to this family owned business. Nitakuona hivi karibuni!
Very big and spacious rooms, good A/C, very good beds, excellent view on the Dar Es Salaam port area, clean and modern apartments, best Wi-Fi we encountered in Tanzania and good buffet breakfast. Location is excellent to take a taxi to discover Dar Es Salaam further.
