The apartment was really big, comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. It’s located very close to the airport. We really enjoyed movie night and watching a film on a big screen. We cooked one night and there was everything we need to prepare our food. What’s more, all the equipment was new and good quality. The manager who welcomed us was really accommodating, meeting our every need and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

His recommendations were spot on, and he even helped arrange a driver to transport my child’s nanny back and forth throughout the entire stay — even at odd hours.

The 2 brothers in charge are just fantastic! Super friendly and chatty, they'll prepare your breakfast/dinner whatever time you need it and it was delicious. The room and bathroom was very basic but we loved how authentic it was, we slept very well too. I would definitely come back again, it was great!!!

The house was absolutely amazing. Everything is new and so nice, I would say higher than the European standard. You feel cozy in the house among the banana trees and was perfect accommodation after Safari trip. I wish I have booked it for longer period. The host Daniela is such an amazing young lady. Super nice and super helpful with anything we needed, from laundry washing to dinner/breakfast, recommending places in Arusha etc.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The only downside is the location. The neighborhood is not great and you probably need a taxi to go anywhere, no restaurant or shops closed by.

The Rayan apartment is very cozy and clean. The room and living room is very spacial. It was positioned at a very local community which allow us to experience local life and people. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and he help us order dinner also it was very late when we arrived. The breakfast is well organized and fresh. Glad we started our trip with stay at Ryan’s!
Our room was very clean and great size for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very homely. The staff here were amazing, so welcoming and even cleaned our shoes after a muddy walk. We would recommend the dinner as it was delicious local food and breakfast was also a great bonus. I couldn’t recommend it any more - we will stay here again on our next trip to Arusha.
Spacious, clean and the apartment has everything you need. On top of that the host (Margreth) is really friendly and flexible in terms of making you breakfast and letting you in.

A great spacious apartment with plenty of room for luggage, central to Arusha and perfect for a short stay before/after a safari. The staff were very accommodating with out late check in (nearly 1AM) and very friendly. The gym facility was great, as was the rooftop location for breakfast and for dinner so you don't need to venture out if you don't have too or are tired from travelling. Close by other cafes too and ATMs for withdrawing money.
The hotel is probably a good stopover in Arusha on the way through to Serengeti... For work however, it's comfortable (the room turned out to be an entire apartment) but pricey. Breakfast and dinner is ample buffet but uninspired.
