I stayed in Francis nook for the purpose of Trinidad carnival due to the short distance from Port of Spain
Firstly I was so pleased to find this Gem especially with only a few weeks left till carnival! From the moment I booked the host (Jurnelle) kindly communicated with me regarding my stay to see how they could be of any assistance and how they could make my trip more enjoyable i.e arrange transport for parities I would be attending, consume pick ups etc. I was picked up at the airport by the lovely Jurlene who had arrived to pick me up in advance time so I did not have to wait around.
I had briefly mentioned I was coming to celebrate my birthday as well as carnival, upon my arrival to my accommodation I found a Lovely birthday Surprise little hamper with balloons. I absolutely fell in love with accommodation from the moment I walked in
It was clean, tidy, fresh, modern and most importantly safe I was given a tour of the property and was made to feel comfortable and assured that if I needed anything they would be there to assist. During my stay whilst respecting my space and privacy the host were so kind and messaged often to check on my safety and well-being which I found to be very sweet especially as I was there on a solo trip (although it wasn’t my first time in Trinidad for carnival) before I left I had to make sure I enjoyed the jacuzzi as I was too busy on the road partying and enjoying the fetes it’s such a lovely addition to the home and recommend taking a dip.
This is a family run business and the host are brilliant at what they do, it’s obvious they have been in this game for a while. Whilst they remained professional this family were so warm, kind and Gracious and they made me feel so welcome I could see this extended to other guests also.
They have pure and big hearts, this is why I believe the business/property remains blessed

Great location. It was INCREDIBLY quiet which I fucking love and the linens were incredibly soft. Omg so so soft! I really liked the decor especially of the kitchen. And the water pressure in the shower was fantastic and it was massive. The shower I mean. The dimmers offered a nice
adjustment of lighting that I appreciated cause some settings were kind of bright but nice so the adjuster was great.Overall a very very beautiful unit and really nice hospitality. The lobby with signs above were super cute.

I felt safe and made great friendships also. Also a great location for carnival goers as the apartment is not that far from the capital. Definitely will be back
