Nice, new building. My room was spacious. It looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean, which is very important for me. The staff is very polite and helpful. Some people wrote it's on a high ground so u need a car! I don't know honestly what people do in Trabzon if they don't have a car. All the nice places are at least an hour away in the mountains. So u need anyway a car. U can't get around without a car. I wouldn't rely on taxis. They'll rip u off. The important thing they have a parking lot in this hotel. My advice, no matter where u book, don't book in the center. Driving there is a nightmare.

I have visited this apartment for second time. Very convenient place for short stays. Clean and equipped bedrooms and kitchen with fantastic view from the window, especially if your room is on the last floor.
Apartments are located on the uphill, having car is strongly recommended.

Was upgraded to their new branch near Trabzon airport - Sulduz Hotel Apart. It was a clean, spacious and fully equipped modern apartment. Breakfast was very good, full of variety. We stayed 3 nights in total. Thank you to Mr Mehmet, the owner who treated us very good and upgraded us without extra charges.
Very clean apartment in a quite neibourhood with superb sea view and kind host. The building of 7 floors has a lift and its own beach enclosure.
The flat has 2 toilets, 3 showers and fully equipped kitchen which are very handy for a group of 6 people.
The apartment is spacious, clean, has everything you need for both long stays and short stays. We were driving, got lost through our own fault, the owner helped with geolocation to get to the place, met. Morning view from the window from the window to the sea, pleased.
