Excellent location. The apartment was cool and welcoming. The hosts were extremely helpful and always available. 3 minutes from the lakefront with a good choice of places to eat. 5 minutes from the town and supermarkets and transport. A little shoo right beside the hotel made it easy to buy everything we needed.

we stayed here in December 2021, our family room was outside the hotel itself in the small buildings/apartments adjacent to it.
you have to walk every day to have BF or dinner or use the skiing facilities… there is a lot of winter sports to do… skiing,snow boarding, zip line, snow safari,banana snow ride and of course the chair lift (telefrik)… you can take it to the top of the mountain and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sapanca lake down…the my have delicious Sahleb as well…the buffet was big and they refill everything quickly.
