The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is small, but quite cozy. There was enough room for two of us. However, due to the fact that we work remotely, we lacked a work area, as well as high-quality Internet sometimes. The area is very quiet, the apartment windows are constantly in shadow. The furniture in the apartment is not new, but decent.
It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach. The vegetable market arrives on Mondays and is located in the next block. There is a BIM grocery store nearby, which is also very convenient.

We booked a 2 bed apartment, no meals included. Everything was exactly as shown and as described. Could not find fault with anything. Key collection was arranged after booking and worked as arranged. I clearly would have no hesitation is staying in Gold Sun IV again when I travel to Mahmutlar. Everything was within walking distance Shops, Markets, Restaurants, Cafes, Bus stops .
