The hosts at the Louis Apartments Galata are the most wonderful and friendly people. They were very welcoming and helpful with tips and lots of travel advice to support our sightseeing in Istanbul. Every time we met with them they would offer us tea, coffee and sweets. The location was excellent (really close to the Galata tower) and allowed us to walk to Istiklal Caddesi every night for dinner, fun, and people-watching. The apartment was large, clean, had all the modern conveniences that we needed, and was serviced by the cleaning staff every 2 days. The bathroom was clean, well-lit, and had a very nice shower with good water pressure. The kitchen in our apartment was small but had everything we needed to make quick coffees and small breakfasts/snacks. The couch was decent and provided a nice place to sit and relax after long days out. The TV seemingly received about 1000 channels, yet we did not watch it much.

The property was really clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were good enough for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The small shop in the property was useful and the prices were reasonable. The bathroom was clean with good warm water.The pool was clean. Fast WiFi in the apartment. The washing machine ,dishwasher and fridge were working really well. The big and clean terrace with a cloth rack was wonderful.
For the Apartment we like everything and good eating places nearby on a flat surface. But the attractions and trams is going up hill which can be problem for elderly or less mobile person.
Have cookery items to cook and eat too also washing machine which is a bargain.

They answered immediately and helped us without complaining at all. The apartment was well maintained and clean, and the kitchen had everything you need for a short stay.
