The location is very good - just a few meters from the center where all the restairants, coffee shops, ATMs/currency exchange, Hamman (Turkish Bath), souvenir shops. etc. Majid and staff were all kind and helpful. I love how Majid would speak of the attractions with passion and pride! Despite a stone's throw away from the center, surprisingly, the apartment is in a quiet area. Our room/apartment is right beside the street and we did not hear vehicles passing by; we slept well.
We had a suite apartment and we liked to have a closed terrace with window glass a lot as was a little cold we could enjoy our coffee watching the balloons outside. Staff was very caring and nice. They even made a room decoration for my husband's birthday. It was very close to where the balloons depart in the morning so we could quickly drive there every morning to watch them from close by.

It is centrally located, so it is an easy walk to very good restaurants with views.

The location which is near to everywhere, especially the bus station. I also was given the room with terrace so I can view the hustle and bustle of balloons rising up yet still have the calmness. Breakfast was great, buffet style with additional cooked flat pancake that I didn't know the name in Turkish but taste great.
Their unique caved rooms are so rustic and beautiful. The view of the hot air balloons is amazing!
The staff especially at reception is very helpful and very accommodating from pre arrival to check in. Keeping in touch via messages for any enquiries Even went out of their way to pick up our tripod that we left on the car rental. I would definitely come back here.
The staff was really helpful. They helped us with car rental, baloon reservation and recommendations for main attractions visiting. The location was excellent. There was a terrace were we could take breakfast. The room was basically the middle of a rock, we felt quite interesting.
Lovely studio apartment with lots of space, was great to be able to buy groceries and prepare some food at the apartment as restaurant prices are more expensive in Goreme than in other places in Turkey. Really clean place.
