Location was beautiful. Convenient. Right next to a river. Very calming. Breakfast was very good.staff helped with check in.process and we'relso very accommodating of other needs except for calling in handyman to fix shower head. See below. Felt like staff on premises were doing their personal best but did not have management support to call in for repairs.

The family were so welcoming and generous. They welcomed us with their famous turkish coffee that was amazing.
The mother made for us one of their local dishes , which was great with a great feeling. They really made us feel like we were in home. Also, The breakfast was outstanding and delicious.

The apartment itself is very good. It's not big, but very cosy. Clean and neat. There is a panoramic view of the mountains from the bedroom. There is everything you might need for cooking. Bathroom is very clean and the shower cabin is NOT leaking!!!. It was very cold in July (due to the altitude), fortunately they have a radiator, which was very good. They provide you with blankets, the pillows were also very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful host. Very good wifi.
Șafak's apartment it is as in the pictures, very nice and cozy place that has everything you need!
We liked it a lot and we will come again if we come back to Ayder one day! They are nice helpful people, both Shafak and her brother, together with their parents who live nearby, next house.
You reach it by a alley as it is in a traditional area of Ayder, so the car is a bit away from the place (Șafak's brother helps you where to park).
location is good with good view. when you sit outside in the balcony you are surrounded by amazing green trees view almost 360 degrees.
the host was generous to offer me the good flat downstairs instead of the one I booked online (small, no balcony)
The hotel is run by a family. The host was very helpful and supported us during our stay, even when my wife fell sick.
The apartment is specious and very clean. The location of the hotel is right on the main road where all of the shops and restaurants are located. The parking was convenient as the hotel has its own yard. The internet speed was super - I was able to conduct a work video call without any issues. We Will definitely come back again.
The person responsible for renting apartments was an old man, cooperative, friendly and respectful person.
Parking is difficult to get there, but we talked to the person in charge of renting the apartments and provided us with a parking lot right in front of the residence.
Everything in the apartment was perfect. The location facing the valley and the waterfall is superb. The duplex apartment with all the facilities needed was wonderful. Staff especially Khaled were so welcoming and helpfull
I stayed in Ayder for 2 days and i wished I had stayed more because of this hotel.
We took 2 apartments, the ground apartment was easy for my dad and there is no stairs.
The first floor was beautiful with amazing view and we enjoyed it very much.
Also there is a picnic area at the back of the villa.
The staff are friendly especially Khalid who was helping to make sure that everything was going well! And he offered us all the best.
