Great location, within walking distance of main street but off of it to not be noisy. Selim was a great host and helped us with the tours، shuttle and tried his best to get us a balloon tour but just wasn't meant to be. The property is built in/next to a fairy chimney which was a wonderful experience. The hotel dogs were adorable.

Very nice place with absolutelly positive, kind and friendly owner - Nez. Very large apartments for living, which are also comfortable and cozy. Nez is helpful and takes perfect care about her guests. Breakfast is really cool with a lot of things to try. We were very happy with our 3 days here.

A great stay! We felt at home in the Ebru apartment. It is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes by car from the center of Göreme. The venue is spotless and equipped with all necessary equipment. It has two bathrooms, which is a great advantage when traveling with the family. Ebru communicates very well and responds quickly to messages.
We spent most of our Cappadocia trip in this apartment and will definitely return if we come back to Cappadocia.
Fantastic breakfast with homemade specialties, and many options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Naz is a kind host and fountain of information on sites and local life. Location is a short walk from downtown Avanos, and thankfully away from the tour bus crowds of Goreme. Avanos has multiple very good restaurants and a low-key, local feel that is enjoyable at night. Great place to stay if you have a rental car or organized tour with hotel pick up.
The flat was full of cultural characteristics and decorations. the kitchenette area was small but we didn't need to cook. It has what we needed, a kettle and a sink. Could have been better with bins in the bedrooms.
We enjoyed very much the buffet breakfast. It was the first time we had honey from an actual honey comb! Lots of choices of traditional Turkish breakfast items and Turkish tea or other juices!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Nazlim's guest house. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Nazlim provided tasty breakfast in the morning and gave us a lot of information about the area. We can definitely recommend staying here when visiting Cappadocia.
A gem of a place and gem of a person in Naz! The room was very spacious and interiors very rustic giving it a very palatial feel. The breakfast was really delicious with ample choices. Would recommend to hire a rental car in Cappadocia as it gets very easy to maneuver. Last but not the least Naz was a great host who treated her guests like family. I would highly recommend Adanos Konuk Evi to everyone who wants to have a feel of local culture by staying in Avanos rather than touristy Göreme.
The place is very nice, we had a comfortable and spacious apartment. my favourite place was the courtyard, I loved spending some time and chill there and in the morning we enjoyed a great breakfast as well. the staff was kind and helpful and the location also great for us (we where with car), Avanos is a nice village away from the more crowded and touristic places.
