Beautiful and brand new apartment just a few steps from a beautiful beach. Great Mediterranean Restaurant on the premises. Food was delicious! First of all, let me explain what the place is. It is a two story residential building (they are adding a third story) with four apartments on a major road about 2 km south of Kelibia. It is exactly on that road, so it is like a school or the police headquarters a bit down or an agricultural supply store or something public. It is not in a residential area. If you have a car, it is not far-- maybe 2 km-- from downtown Kelibia, and you can see the sea from the property (though I don't know how to get there). It has a small garden in the back with tables and chairs and a fireplace that is nice. There is no front desk, no staff around (though someone will give you the keys and show you in). The apartment I was in was of a decent size with a small kitchenette (dishes, hot plate, small fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker) and a large bathroom (the shower has no walls or curtain, so the floor gets very wet). The only windows were over the sink. The bed was fine. The mattress was hard, which I like. The pillows, however, were very large decorative cushions, so too big to sleep with. The towels were great, the TV worked fine, and wi-fi was good. They let me use the garage, which was kind. I think this would be a nice place if you were two people planning to go to the beach every day and, maybe cook for yourself.

Amazing location and very convenient , the rooms are very clean and well equipped . beautiful sea view from the balcony . the sea is 5 minutes walking distance but you can find better beaches nearby. there is a garage that you can keep your car at night and it’s equipped with a camera . so you can have peace in mind when you sleep at night .
