The staff is absolutely amazing - nothing is a problem, they are very happy to help. The apartment had a full kitchen and laundry which as very handy. Breakfast was okay with some good variety of fresh food and hot food.
A wonderful staff who are kind and welcoming made my short stay here all the better. The airport transfer coming and going was spot on. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. I especially liked the banana fritters and the coffee. The evening meals were well prepared, or if you want something quick, there are all sorts of food choices in the mall below or just outside. My room was super comfortable and quiet. Good bed. WiFi was better than I had expected—at times a bit slow but definitely functional. Would happily stay here again.
It's an apartment, not just a hotel room. Very spacious, and there's a private kitchen in the unit. Agnes was very friendly to show us the unit available.
This apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Noman is a great host. The gated entrance makes you feel very safe.

Reception manager Cindy was very welcoming and extremely helpful. She Was the one to hold up the place and customers.
The room facility was much above my expectation to be like an apartment. The small fridge is a fancy device to cool down water and drinks in the hot weather of Dili. The staff was nice to help me check in and book a taxi. The breakfast was served in the neighboring Great Wall Restaurant and was quite delicious.
Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Spacious area's, very good aircon in bedrooms (however not in living room). Good price for Dili, with having a full apartment. Including a washing machine! Two seperate bathrooms, adjoining the bedrooms. Apartment is located on premises of family, including personnel. Close to supermarkets. Mikrolets routes are close. When the taxi didn't show up when we needed to go to the airport, the host graciously provided us with a lift. There was Wifi (even though it dropped out sometimes).
Great friendly staff who helped us with our many questions. I was traveling with a friend and our 3 children and having our own little apartment meant we could all share. The complex is lovely and quiet with a large pool.
