Really comfortable, clean and spacious room, have a great water pressure and air condition working well(for my room). Booked 2 room, room 105(me) and room 106 for my sister. For room 106 have some issues like slow water pressure and toilet lamp not working well. They also have parking so don't worry for that. This place location for me are good, near big road to Ko Yo and easy to access. But when we arrive there are no one at receptionist because uncle that handle for room are at his house i guess(just in front hotel building) and he can't speak english. But we still manage to understand each other with sign language i guess 😆 But that's not a problem to me because uncle look nice we just have a language barrier. I think this place more suitable for people who came with their own vehicle because it's not located at the center of town so maybe it's kinda bit difficult to get public transport.

The location is quite close to the Greenway festival, which is ok. The room is large and was located on street level. The car could be parked just in front of the hotel (the landlady removed her car to make room for my car. The room has many features: nice lighting, microwave, heating platter and frying pan and of course a water heater and a fridge. Extra was a water dispenser that runs on electricity to supply cooled or heated water. Tasty bits were provided as a free gift!

In the central of Songkhla, the hotel is on the main street, you may explore the town by walking easily, lots of shops and small eating stall around the area the host helped us to make the local phone call for car rental, the building is well decorated with lots of characters.
The location, the property was cosy and quiet. Have all the amenities needed for a short stay, even have a fully equipped kitchen if need to heat up food or do light cooking
Did not have breakfast. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. We had a problem with our car rental and front office assisted in coordinating Avis personnel solving problem, even though it was on a Saturday evening.
