This is an absolutely wonderful property and the owner and the management staff are excellent. The unit is spectacular and there is an on-site gym which worked very well for me, because I like to exercise each morning. It's close to everything that you would want and need in Bangkok, but at the same time quiet as it is not located directly on a major road. Excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it

The house was equipped with everything, plenty of beds and sleeping space, wifi was accessible on all floors, an abundance of space, amenities and snacks.
The host was beyond friendly and always available to assist, a true testimont of the friendliness that Thai people are famously renowned for, being so considerable as to designing the bottom floor bathroom to be handicap accessible is very thoughtful.

Clean room with nice separation between bedroom, "living room", and "kitchen". Nice as always to have air conditioning and a fan. Staff were friendly and accommodating. 7/11 and Lotus Store close by. Laundromat across the street.

The hotel needs a few repairs esp at the reception area but overall, it looked welcoming and had a nice smell. The staff were jovial, always smiling and eager to help. The room was clean when we arrived and complete with toiletries. The location is not bad, a bit far from the city centre but the hotel is walking distance to supermarkets, restos, bars and dispensaries haha!

Room was clean and very spacious, felt like an apartment - good sized balcony, bathroom, and fridge.

They set up a taxi for us to the airport. It was punctual and 200 baht.
Watched the planes take off from our balcony, but it was still peaceful and quiet.
