Neat newly furnished apartment in a quite side street in an authentic Thai neighborhood only a couple of minutes of bike-ride to Phuket Old Town or any other place in Phuket City. Awesome! I've originally booked the apartment to be close to the Phuket Bus Terminal 2 for my morning bus travel (<10 mins walking distance), but after spending a night there, I wish I stayed longer. Wandee & Tim are welcoming and responsive hosts.

This is my second time staying there and it was just as comfortable as the first time. The owners are always trying to improve accommodation and are attentive to tenants' suggestions. Cleanliness and the staff's responsiveness to issues. My rooms shower drainage was clogged and water took a while to drain. After bringing up to the staff and heading out for the day, the issue was settled immediately.
Beds were comfy, hairdryer had to be borrowed from the front desk with 500 baht refundable deposit. Bottled water and fresh towels were provided every day with room service.
There were a lot of good restaurants which were walking distance.

No breakfast included but grab food made it very convenient to access food. The location was closer to the airport than the ones near the center. I like that it was quiet. I probably spent 60 percent sleeping than going to places in Phuket which was what I needed. A change of place, more rest, and more quiet time away from hustle-bustle of daily life, of work. The owner was very accommodating. She made me borrow her bike during the first day and gave directions on where to find places such as convenient stores, and cafes. It was clean, cheap and the receptionist was kind as well. All in all, I can stay that my stay at Anastasia was awesome!

The place is amazing - very big apartment in perfect condition, with all facilities needed! The host is very nice and friendly! The location is great - just 1min away from the beach, restaurants, bars and thai-massage studios. The complex has it's own beautiful pool and good fitness.
I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. I did not regret a bit that I chose this one. Everything was clear and easy from booking. The flat is exactly what is in the photos and the description. Cozy and bright, mattrees is new, comfortable bathroom and clean towels and linens. The condo itself is great too, beautiful grounds, rooftop pool and other facilities. This is an excellent choice. I recommend this place without a doubt.
I loved the common room area. It is set out like a studio apartment. With comfy chairs, dining table and chairs and a kitchenette. Toaster, fridge, kettle and microwave. Drinking water.

The owner of the property helped a lot with a taxi to condominium and back, with bike rent and offered free weekly cleaning of the property. Also he let us know about some places worth visiting in Phuket.
The property itself is fitted with absolutely everything needed for life including cutlery, hair dryer and iron. I highly recommend it.
My first solo trip. I'm female, and so I wanted to feel safe. I really like my little studio flat. I felt very safe and enjoyed the view on a morning and evening. I was working at soidog as a volunteer, so I wanted to be close. This place was perfect. I did get a scooter on the first. It would have been too far to walk around as much as I was in and out.
It's a Ganesha themed homestay - like a studio apartment with a big room and open kitchen. It has a refrigerator, electric stove, kettle and plates, glasses, spoons and knives for long stays. Electricity is chargeable - it's nominal. We stayed for 3 nights and the electricity charge was approx 40 baht without using AC, refrigerator, etc. The location is very near to Yanui beach. Highly recommended for long stays and a budget stay near a less crowded beach.
