every day they take away trashes and change towels. very friendly and helpful people there. Shop's, diner's, restaurants were few steps from main door. Near main street but very quiet place to stay. No smoking (fee 4000 bht smoking) and disturbing life was forbidden.

Very nice location. If you like walking, you can visit many sights on foot. The room was clean, with comfortable bed and the hostess was very kind. You can find a nice balcony on the first floor (bring mosquito repellant with you, as you should everywhere in Bangkok), as well as a coffee machine, boiler, microwave and a fridge full of water and free staff. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but free snacks, tea and nescafe coffee are available into your room.

Large apartment. Soft couch. Good for hanging out if you have time for this. 5 minutes walk up to Thong Lor rd. that has "everything"... This is really good value considering the size of the apartment in this location.
Nestled at the back of a large courtyard at the end of Soi 28, this studio was a unique and excellent stay in Bangkok! The hosts were wonderful and the property was very clean. The courtyard is gorgeous with trees and plants everywhere.
The apartment was really good and had everything you need, It was one of the best apartment that I have stayed in. Soon I entered the apartment I felt welcomed.
The apartment is in a brilliant location. The BTS is just down the street and there is everything you need nearby. The apartment is modern, clean and perfect for 4-6 people (we were two adults and two children). We booked last minute and I called the host with some questions and he was very responsive and also sorted out an issue for us while we were there. Couldn't have wished for better service. Really easy to collect the key card.
The hotel is located within a 10 min walk to the Phrom Phong station, with many eateries on the way, yet its in a quiet neighbourhood. This must be one of the cleanest hotels in Bangkok, Bedding crisp & clean & design of the room & bathroom is lovely. We didn't have a view, but for a short stay it is highly recommended. The on-site restaurant, Jolie Cafe provided an awesome breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were professional & friendly, highly recommended.
The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic. It's perfect for exploring the wonderful Thonglor and Ekkamai area. It's also just two hundred metres down from 'The Commons', which has some really tasty food and drink, and generally great vibes. There's a 7-11 close by, many great bars and restaurants, massage parlours, nail salons, shops, and much more. The owner was pleasant when we spoke over the phone.
