The service was excellent! I needed a TM30 to get a resident's certificate, and they gave it to me right away. Then I asked to update it, less than 10 minutes later they sent me a new one. I didn't have time to hand over my rented bike before leaving, and I asked the staff for help, and they helped me with care and attention. They have a laundry, they do the laundry wonderfully! The cleaning was done every day and the bed linen was changed every two days.
The location is perfect, next to the gym, literally opposite, there are two 7/11 shops within walking distance. There is also a large Robinson shopping center within a 15-minute walk, which has everything you need, cafes and restaurants, electronics and clothing stores. It takes 10 minutes to get to central Phuket and old Phuket, 20 minutes to Rawai. We also had a beautiful view from the window.

This was my second time in this particular hotel and both visits have been great. The room is large and has more than enough storage space for items. The bed is comfortable and the mattress was not too hard or soft. Having a number of plug sockets in the room was also helpful for using my electronic devices and especially the plug next to the bed for charging my phone.
The bathroom was small but more than enough for what I needed, coming with a shower which had nice hot water and a large basin. Everything was very clean and tidy when I arrived.
I also appreciated having an outdoor space.

The place is amazing and feels both very special offering a rare mix of beautiful design and hominess, the whole building was well-maintained, especially for its age, still looking like in the advertisement, a rarity in Thailand. For Christmas time, the pricing was quite reasonable. Lastly, the personnel were very sweet and forthcoming.

Modern and clean room with a really spectacular view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this if you are looking for a great place to stay, in a quiet area but still very close to Kata centre and beach.

We stayed in studio 1, which consisted of three bedrooms, a living room - kitchen combination.
Three beds in total - two single beds in one room, a double bed in each of the other two rooms
The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained. It's located right behind a small shopping center with a supermarket, very convenient. There's also a coin operated laundry machines across the street, coffee shops and restaurants are also nearby.
The location on the strip made it a great place to be. The pool area is amazing and it gets lots of sun.
Studio is clean and has everything you may need.
Great condo as far as I'm concerned! I spent a month in Tower 3. The apartment is brand new, well equipped and maintained. Very quiet, comfortable, cleaning is done every week, and all the staff I have dealt with has always been polite and helpful. I also rented for an extra month 😊
Beautiful clean, modern apartments with a stunning pool right in the heart of fitness street. They even provided a mini cake for my husbands birthday and were helpful with recommendations for car hailing apps. The pool is amazing. Would definitely stay here again if staying on fitness street. Also as set a little bit back from the street it felt like a calm oasis except for the noise of the training next door!
Pretty much everything! Charlie's perhaps the best host I've met during the countless times I've traveled. Absolutely love the homely concept of each room (stayed at 5 rooms so far lol), as they're unlike the ones you'd usually see in other guesthouses/apartments/condos.
The loft we stayed in was like a home away from home. The bed was exceptional along with the layout of the apartment. Charlie the owner is great guy and adds a personal touch that is lost in big hotels.
