The hotel was lovely, the staff was lovely, the cannabis was great and they had all the essentials in the rooms.
The rooftop and main floor lounges were nice for smoking and chatting it up with the other guests.

Great place to stay! A compact apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
There is a small fitness room, which is very cool.
The area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s not very close to the subway, but the hotel provides a shuttle.
The staff is very nice and helpful.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding several issues I encountered during my recent stay at [779/111 Ratchadapisek, Khwaeng Samsen Nok, Khet Huai Khwang, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10310].
Firstly, during periods of rainfall, there was significant water leakage from the air conditioning unit, leading to water dripping inside the home. This caused damage to the walls and soaked some of the furniture, particularly the sofa. Despite my efforts to manage the situation by cleaning and wiping up the water over the past eight days, the persistent leakage was difficult to control. I am worried that if this issue isn’t addressed urgently, it could result in further damage, including potential mold growth.
Additionally, I experienced repeated issues with the WiFi connection throughout my stay. The connection was unreliable and frequently disconnected, which made it challenging to stay connected and complete important tasks.
Although a technician was eventually sent to inspect the leakage, they arrived five or six days after the issue first started, which unfortunately was too late to prevent the damage. On top of that, my two pieces of luggage and some of my personal belongings were also affected by the water.
I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but these problems caused considerable inconvenience during my stay. I would appreciate it if you could let me know the next steps to resolve these matters and address the damages.
