This is an absolutely wonderful property and the owner and the management staff are excellent. The unit is spectacular and there is an on-site gym which worked very well for me, because I like to exercise each morning. It's close to everything that you would want and need in Bangkok, but at the same time quiet as it is not located directly on a major road. Excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it

We only stayed one night because we had to get a early flight to get, Chud is great host he helped us to change the dates of our stay and keep in contact via Whattsapp, when we arrived he explained allot about the neighborhood and things to do, but we only stayed 1 night we did not have time to do a lot, Chud told us if we be coming to Bangkok next time he can arrange some sort of tour of what we like.
The house was above expectations, very clean and comfortable and every thing you need is there, he got small snacks, water,whole leaf thea, coffee, the house is located in the local community as stated so i did not see a lot of other foreigners, couple of restaurants, 7 eleven's, cannabis shop's and markets nearby,would definitely recommend this place if you like the local vibe/close to the airport.

Clean room with nice separation between bedroom, "living room", and "kitchen". Nice as always to have air conditioning and a fan. Staff were friendly and accommodating. 7/11 and Lotus Store close by. Laundromat across the street.

I stayed here for almost a whole month (28 days).
The location was perfect for enjoying the local street food, and it was only a 12 minute walk to the main road and another 5 minutes to the udom suk BTS station.
Plenty of dining choices and easy to get around. Just a nice quiet budget friendly place to stay.
The Host/manager was very helpful and friendly. All in all I was very happy with my stay.
