It’s a very stylish 2 bedroom apartment. 15min drive from the center of patong beach. It has a really great view. The guys are very quick to assist with any issues. It’s on the hill. But not too steep. We hired a car. So had no issues in that regard..

Fantastic hotel. So nice and quiet being a very short journey away from the loud parts of Patong. Huge rooms and very comfortable. Franck at reception is an awesome guy and was hugely generous to me - helping me out with loads of things during my stay. Highly recommended!

Quite modern accommodation, with very good fixtures. The bookin process was very good as I arrived on a late flight. The security guard was very helpful on my bookin. Had an issue with the cable TV, but that was quickly sorted out next morning by Fah, who came to the room to complete the booking process.

The bed was very comfortable, and so was the coach. Water pressure was OK, and hotwater was great.

the hotel is small, but very modern, very clean and with an incredibly stunning view of the city, 10 minutes from the city by bike, but is located on a mountain where there is peace from the bustle of the city and an unforgettable view from the balcony of the city. The rooms are in a modern style, there is a small kitchen, where there is everything: a kettle, a microwave, a stove. Amazing hostess and management are always ready to help, offer everything you need. I will be happy to return to this hotel and recommend it

I liked the hotel in general but the lofty apartment were not of the same quality.. first unit did not have water so could not shower of flush toilet first night.. second unit the microvawe and oven did not work..
Very good hotel overall. The studios are amazing. There is a lot of space, the room is big. The bed is a king sized one. There is a jacuzzi in the terrace and a beautiful view. Everything is clean. It’s like a mini apartment. Did book twice and would book all over again if I had to find a place to stay in Patong. The pool on the rooftop is also amazing. Did not regret a single penny of this trip.
We had a great condo. Balcony was facing the sun all day. Rooftop swimming pool was clean and kid free. Apartment was well equipped with hobs microwave, toaster and filter coffee m/c. Internet was booming and loads of space to work. Recommend for any digital nomad even an old one like me. Location was great near enough to what was happening but not noisy.
Down sides (or up depending) no smoking on the whole site. But not that well policed.
Love this property , it is idealy located in the middle of Patong at the beach and very close to Bangla. It is a very big flat comfortable fit 8 adults. It is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back. The views from the apartments is breathtaking and staff is very friendly.

The first reason I chose this accommodation because of the parking, my friend and I rented a car from the airport, we wanted a place to stay that supported convenient parking, and here is our answer.
If possible, I would like you to choose to reserve a family room. Even though you have to pay more, it's worth the money for sure, includes a small kitchen and living area. However, the studio room is not bad at all, it is enough if you only need a short stay and don't need complete amenities too much.
Good location and comfortable apartment, close to all improtant locations - Patong beach, bars and restaraunts, Bangla road is not far either.
Building has 2 restaraunts, and a few more in a neighboring condo - so you are all set for lunch/dinner (though food there is average).
I have worked from apartment and WiFi quality was sufficient for calls.
This is a big complex with many apartments, so experience with different hosts and condos may vary. In our room everything was good, clean and communication with the host was easy. We had a little issue with a bathroom tap and they fixed it for us. Highly recommend.
