Location - walking distance to bus station, train station, UD Town, Chaloem Phrakiat Park. Room is clean and comfortable. Strong wi-fi. AC. Hot water - though the pressure is pretty weak. Breakfast from 7-10. A bowl of soup and rice, plus two options of egg dishes and toast and coffee. Didn't appear to be any vegetarian option (though you can have them hold the sausage). Water dispenser.
