This 2 bedroom apartment was very convenient for our family. Our 3 year old daughter really enjoyed the pool. There is a very large children's area of the pool. She spent hours there. Jomtien Beach is directly across the street from the property. It is a wide, clean, sandy beach, perfect for children. There is a 7-eleven just a short walk down the street. The room was stocked with a wide variety of free snacks, which we enjoyed. There were two large bottles of water that can be refilled using the machine in the lobby. The are two wide-screen televisions and internet access. We ate out once, but had all our other meals in the room. Having the kitchen and two bedrooms is very convenient for families with children. There are laundry machines and filtered water in the lobby. This is a very good value for a family with kids. The view is spectacular.

My Host, Mr. Chin was absolutely incredibly amazing. He met me and took care of me like I was family! He checked in with me daily, took care of any of my needs was very prompt and for sure went above and beyond any of my expectations. The hospitality of the stay was a highlight for sure. I would recommend this property to anyone that traveling to Thailand. And hopefully they would have the same host that I fortunately had -Mr. Chin.

Everything we needed was there, even toothbrushes and toothpaste!). Our vacation is complete!

Great condo development with 2 amazing swimming pools and a good gym. Small mall style area with a shop, 2 cafes and a bar. Laundry and dry cleaners too! Comfortable studio apartment on the 6th floor with a central outlook and a nice balcony.
We really enjoyed! Large new apartment on the 33rd floor with panoramic sea views! Wonderful expensive finish. Very comfortable bed, all appliances and even a dishwasher. There is a membrane purification of drinking water. Curtains block out sunlight. The condominium itself is apparently one of the best in Pattaya! everything is very beautiful, two infinity pools on the building and a huge pool on the territory. The beach is 300-400 meters away, a direct road leads there from the building. Many thanks to the owner for a great stay!

The apartment is spacy. Has kitchen, microwave, fridge and a washing machine on the balcony. The building is in the shadows by the neigbouring condominium so it is real comsortable and fresh in the room. The location is OK. It is not the city center but I like that place - you can get either to Suhumbit by feet and take a songteo or there is a songteo goes in the beach road. Right next to the condo there is a new market with lots of local food.
