This accommodation option offers a degree of comfort and convenience with a king sized bed, kitchenette, WiFi and balcony. Two sets of good quality towels are provided as are ample cutlery and kitchen utensils. The air conditioning works a treat as does the shower. Quite good for a stay of a week or so. Convenience stores, restaurants etc within 400m.

The apartment is very beautiful and tastefully decorated, but also expensive. It is 2.5 times more expensive than the price level in this complex with other owners. The only thing is that they usually don't rent through booking.com but directly from the owners or through several other sites, usually for at least a month.
To my regret, the apartment is quite worn out.
In the second-floor bathroom, the hot water doesn’t work. While washing hands is manageable, imagine taking a shower or washing your hair under icy water. The owner was informed immediately, called technical staff twice, but the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. Reviews show this problem has existed for months.
The faucets are worn out. The shower head doesn’t work—only the hand-held shower does, which you must hold because the holders are broken, making proper showering impossible.
The terrace is very small compared to other apartments in the complex, a significant drawback. A rusty, poorly placed swing ruins the view and is unusable (photos added).
In the second-floor office, the chair is broken, the terrace fan doesn’t work, and several light bulbs are burnt out. Cabinets are filled with the owner’s personal items, including framed photos, which feels invasive and inconvenient.
The kitchen is small, inconvenient, and poorly equipped. There’s no oven or coffee machine, and no proper storage for groceries or utensils. Essential items like a grater, vegetable peeler are missing. There’s no blender—important for making smoothies in Thailand—while a bulky rice cooker unnecessarily takes up space.

I loved the spacious apartment. It felt very comfortable. We loved the water park and swimming pool near the beach. There was a pool for small kids. We stayed there after a long flight for 5 days. It's great if u have kids and dont want to spend one hour in the taxi to go to patong beach. Also a great place for kids.
The Apartament was fully equipped, it's located just by the pool. In fact, You exit the Apartament and the pool is just a few steps ahead! The whole condominium is very green, clean and well maintained and it's located next to the beach, which is wide and not crowded.
The host, Alex, is a very nice, helpful and friendly person. The contact with him was great, he answered instantly every single time. Thanks for Your kindness, Alex, we wish all hosts were just as professional and kind as You are!

Great location on a beautiful beach. The apartment complex is quiet and there's plenty of space to swim or chill out on a lounger. The host was friendly and gave us the room information long before arriving so the check in process was smooth. The condo was in great condition, clean, private with a comfy bed and a good view from the balcony.
Baan mai khao doesn't have any restaurants itself but there are several restaurants with delicious Thai food within a 5 minute walk along the beach front.
There was so much space, four different swimming pools, loungers with shade and sun. The condo unit was roomy, clean and well furnished. The grounds were immaculate and they had bicycles to borrow. The staff were so helpful and friendly, even letting us do some printing for free. We had an issue with some construction on a Saturday and they sorted it straight away. There was a shuttle to take you to the local shops and restaurants nearby.
