There's nothing good about this hotel at all.
When we arrived at the hotel around 3.00pm (check in time is after 1.00pm), the reception staff gave us the key to the room. When we opened the room, OMG - the room wasn't made yet. When we went down to reception for them to change the room, they said the other rooms aren't made yet as welll.....so, we had to wait for a very long time and finally went out and come back at night. However, coming back to the room - there was no toilet paper in the toilet....
We paid 930 Baht for the room, in Thailand - you should get a pretty good hotel for this amount.
This hotel is very dirty, not professional at all, and the location is very bad as well.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was big and very clean. They provided so many small things that made our trip more pleasant. There is a communal fridge on each floor and plates knives and forks if needed. The water was nice and hot and the bed comfortable. We really liked our stay here

The staff was not helpful or understanding. We accidentally booked the wrong date (yesterday) and when turned up today for check-in they said we needed to pay again they didn’t even tried to accommodate us or discount or anything. They have plenty of free rooms but just weren’t helpful.
