Room is large and new, well furnished and clean. Water cooler is provided. Wifi is perfectly adequate. Swimming pool is good. We could check in early, for a fee (it never happened to us to have to pay, but I guess it can be considered normal so to be able to check in early was a plus).

Shirley is very kind, she picks you up from the airport right on time, and drives you to the appartement. I asked her questions about how to move around in the city and she had some great suggestions, like using bolt instead of grab, etc. The place was clean and very close to the airport. I recommend!

Very nice apartment on the river side, great breakfast, free coconut, good restaurant next to it and the owner speaks and understands English, which is not that common in Thailand!

The opening times of the fitness centre were not suited to transit guests who want to be able to use the fitness centre at anytime. Considering that it is an airport hotel, the times should have been flexible. The timings were restricted and we were unable to use the fitness centre during our short stay.
Nothing as it is a short time rental and not a place to stay with your partner. We didn't stay a night but booked a new place when we knew what type of motel it was. My mistake.
Breakfast not included. But there was a restaurant and 7-11 convenience store across the road.
There was no kettle and teacups, but we bring our own.
The rooms had the feeling of being new and spotlessly clean.

There is a pleasing sense that the apartments/hotel is run effeciently, so everything is well provided, but you aren't paying for unnecessary extra staff or unnecessary frills.
Self check-in and check-out is pretty convenient. The staff through WhatsApp were really nice and helpful! Always when I had a problem got answer quick.
Really clean and modern looking room. It has almost anything you need for a short stay. There is water machine, which is really convenient.
The hotel has a lot of parking spots so if you are on a car it is at a really convenient place.
New building. Very positive was the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Furthermore they offer a gym and a pool, which we didn't try due to our short stay.
