+ Possibly the best equipped accommodation I've stayed at, especially considering the size of the apartment. It really had everything we needed.
+ It's a little bit outside Chaweng, which we welcomed as it was far from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife in central Chaweng. There are plenty of cheap restaurants around (I recommend Surin & Michael Restaurant - massive portions of tasty food at reasonable prices), and you can easily access central Chaweng on a scooter in less than 10 minutes or on foot in a bit more than 30 minutes. Mind you, there are no taxis or buses in that area.

This was amazing stay. The apartment is owned by a very friendly family, they arranged a taxi and car rental for us, met us and explained everything. The lady has very good English (also French and Thai), she was always online, solving any small issues we might have. The apartment is spacious and clean and equipped with whatever you need: dinnerwave, beds, waredrobes, etc. It is on the isolated territory, we had access to the swimming pool (almost private). The view is amazing and surrounding is very quiet. It's 5 min walking to any of the 2 beaches (both were clean, almost without waves, perfect for small kids). On top, you have a cafees, laundries, pharmacy, etc. The district is quiet: if you want to go shopping, you need to take a car or taxi. Definetely recommended for families and anyone who wants best value for money!

Breakfast was super, enough options for every kind of an eater . Only it is important to know that the high (low ) tide the sea level not high enough for swimming on the hotel beach is. One has to plan with the hotel transfer to LAMAI or CHaweng the daily trips. Or a car rent a good idea there is. Otherwise the Hotel is in a super peaceful area with wonderfull scenery.

Quiet and peaceful location set amongst gardens about one block back from the beach. Lots of restaurants and 711 close by. We loved Lamai beach. The staff were lovely and helpful. Cleaning is available as often as you want. Strong aircon, big Tv, comfortable bed. We stayed for a month in a one bedroom cottage with kitchen which was ideal for us.

Very friendly host, would recommend the place. For me the mattress was to firm and there is no topper available. I am used to a medium/soft mattress. There are a few nice restaurants in the neighborhood and the beach is very close, just across the street. I liked the atmosphere in the neighborhood. If you like a more laid back place, Lipa Noi is great. Just hang around at the beach, get some food etc. Do not expect any parties on this side. The apartment is quiet and all you need is in there. You will need a car or scooter to get around.
This place was exceptional , very very clean apartment with a perfect kitchen & bathroom Equepments , coffee machine & Bluetooth audio device & Netflix were great additional, apartment was spacious & bed was very comfortable, pool & view from balcony were incredible specially at sunrise & sunset , everything was perfect for us .

The location of Casa Cactus is perfect, very close to the lovely Bangrak beach and near to a good selection of bars and restaurants, it is also very close to the pier, convenient if you want to island hop. The self contained apartment has been recently refurbished and is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hosts Jess and Tom were very helpful and made us very welcome. We would definitely stay there again but for longer next time.
