The property is about 30 years old I'm guessing, but it was built with a high quality. Lots of teak cabinetry and trim. I found it quite elegant. The unit was large, seperate bedroom, built in robes, etc. The kitchen was well laid out and well equipped, it even had an oven. There were 2 old air conditioners which worked quite well. The bathroom and shower were just okay but functional. Building and grounds were clean and well maintained.
The location was outstanding, the pool was right next to the beach. Pool was quite large and well maintained. Parking was under the building with direct lift access to all floors.

Excellent! 10 minutes by car from the Don Sak pier. Supa clean, very comfy bed, mattress and pillows are soft. Noknoy is a charming host, she was so lovely and so helpful. I've had an extremely early check out and Noknoy were ready to wake me up at 4 am, but I persuaded her not to do that :-)) I'll definitely stay here on my next visit to Surat Thani! Highly recommended!

The facilities in the room and condo are excellent. The room is big and has good decoration. It is a very good price with the beachfront location and great view of the swimming pool.
Fantastic location in beautiful Khanom. Well equipped apartment. Carl was very a friendly and helpful host. You really need transport to get around - we hired a scooter.
Super kind and friendly staff. The bungalow is very nice decorated and it was very well cleaned.
We loved the breakfast (we tried the natural yogurt with müsli, fresh fruits and the porridge), the cappuccino is great. We liked the fact that you could choose different option for the breakfast.
If you need a transfer to the harbor, they offer you a transfer by car for 800BTH. They also offer motorbike and bike rentals if you wanna explore more Ao Khanom but we didn't do it.
Beautiful condo, beautiful views, awesome pool. The owner was super helpful and I was able to deal directly with them through Whats App. They organised rental bikes to be dropped off for us and transport to and from the airport.
Lovely apartment, has all you need in the kitchen, rooms very good size, very quiet, lovely balcony with view. Really quiet beautiful beach, very big pool.
