The location was excellent. Nestled amongst villas and resorts. Resort type view from the 2nd floor balcony of unit 8 wonderful. Walking distance to everything in Simpson Bay.
Check in was easy. Cassandra was wonderful.
The shower looked rustic but had great water pressure. Plenty of hot water for six of us.
Given how lush and tropical the apartment is there were no bugs.

I like the location is a 3 minute walk from the grocery store and 1 minute walk from variety of restaurants. Very clean and well kept. Haven't meet the staff much but i spoken to a lady and she was very lovely and helpful. Felt very safe

Great view. I loved sitting on the massive porch and enjoying the nice breeze. Kitchen was well equipped and property was extremely clean. Very spacious and welcoming. Lovely hosts and neighbors as well.

It's very family friendly. Comfortable room and the pool being right outside apartment was a plus. The host was friendly and accommodating. The scenery is very peaceful.
Loved the view of the sunsets from the balcony! Great, clean studio apartment with kitchenette. The bathroom was a little small considering the size of the rest of the apartment. Our location was up a hill from the lobby but there was a shuttle service that was most helpful! It would even bring you to a restaurant in the nearby vicinity free of charge. Staff was very helpful.
We have one of the apartments at the front for 7 days and then a small studio for one night. Both were very comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful views and close to the restaurants and marina's. Adrian was very helpful when my flight was delayed saying late to greet me.

The garden is beautiful, the apartment (number 2) was nice (though the finishing are what you can expect from the Carribean).

The price is extremely low compared to other rentals on the island (including a cleaning service and change of bedsheets and towels every 3 days approximately!). Definitely a very good value for money ratio!
