Being local to Smizany all my expectations were highly exceeded, this place is one of a kind and the owners are exceptionally kind and accommodating.
We had guests coming from different countries, some with very late arrivals and the host was willing to wait to check us in until late night hours.
The apartments were so cozy and comfortable, they instantly made us feel at home.

Amazing place, quiet, clean and perfect location. Big garden with BBQ, fireplace and seating area. Well equipped kitchen with all tools you might need( also coffee, tea, flour, sugar etc already there). Endless options for entertainment( play cards, desk games, badminton set etc). Good and stable Wi-Fi. 2 types of Sauna for 5e/person is a bargain. Complimentary local wine from guest :)

The place was great for us, as we were able to cook some breakfast and sandwiches before heading off to the Slovak Paradise Mountains. Very confortable bed, nice terrace to hang out late evenings, close to shops and City centre.

Beautiful apartment a minute from the historic town square. Eva was a lovely hostess, helpful, friendly, kind.. The little house is located in a very quiet courtyard, so we got a great night's sleep.

It was amazing! The stay was great, the place is modern and perfectly accommodating. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pictures don’t do justice - the flat was awesome. We spent there two nights, and would love to spend more! We will definitely come back!

The apartment is part of Park Hotel Cingov, so you need to check-in in the hotel itself. The building is next to the edge of the forest, not far from Cingov which is one of the main "starting points" to the Slovak Paradise National Park. The apartment is big, fully equipped, ideal for 6-7 people. The view from the balcony is spectacular!

We liked everything. The apartment even exceeded our expectations. The host was very nice and very kind. There was a big yard for our 2 dogs. The apt. itself was quiet big. There was a big kitchen with the living room (big open space). There were 3 rooms but 2 of the rooms were together (no doors). We mainly choose this apartment becasue we were there with 2 bigger dogs. It is a pet friendly palce to stay.
Very close to all the best hiking places in the Slovakian Raj, a nice, new apartment house in a silent street, void from traffic, - a nice location. The hosts were very kind, the room was clean and tidy, with a well-equipped external kitchen. There are some good restaurants in the close neighbourhood, in walking distance.
It is a beautiful apartment, and the guests are very welcoming and friendly. The apartment and location felt very secure. It's only a short walk to the train station. Super easy location whether you want to visit the mountains or national park.
