Great place to stay in Banska Stiavnica. Out of the rush but an easy downhill walk to town. Cozy courtyard. Good breakfast. Adjacent to the botanical garden that has some amazing 143 year old California Sequoias that are just in their infancy but already humongous.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The apartment is situated in the centre of the town within a reach of restaurants, cafes and shops. It's on the second floor, rather spacious, with a microvawe, electric kettle and basic cups, mugs and plates to serve take-away meals. The bedroom is separate from the living room. The hostess was absolutely gorgeous, very helpful and outgoing.
Everything was great, apartment is clean and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The owners were very nice. We recommend this place!

Nova bana is a lovely little town.
We stopped here for just 1 night, on the way to tatra mountains, and wished we could stay longer.
