Perfect location in the city center. The building is under renovation so there is a lot of construction material while getting to the appartement. We needed later check out and it was possible to meet our needs.
It was all clean and cozy, the only downside was missing amenities in the bathroom. Not even basic shower gel or shampoo. Otherwise good value for the money. Don't know about the parking as we didn't use it.
