The property is so new, that you can feel the newness of everything :) It is actually an apartment in a newly built residential house. Reasonably well equipped kitchen, a lot of space, even with a small balcony. Simple instructions how to get in/out. Fast internet. Slightly harder bed, but it is obviously a matter of a preference.
