Stunning setting at the end of Lake Bohinj. We were disappointed that the "Cow Ball" was canceled, but other things to do in the area made up for that. Cable car to Mt. Vogel, boat ride to Ribčev Laz at the other end of the lake, Savica waterfall, hiking galore. Hostess Maria greeted us with a gift of their amazing homemade cheese. A great side trip from Lake Bled.

We liked that it was a quiet apartment-style complex with a common living room area. It's a great spot to situate yourself when exploring the Bohinj area and the small kitchenette allows you to cook your own meals. The owner Klaudia is the nicest person and keeps the place very clean. She'll even do your laundry offsite for a small fee. We also adored the sweet resident cat Pika and highly recommend giving her a snuggle while you're visiting.

We loved our stay at those apartments. We loved the bike rental available to us - only 15 mns from lake Bohinj by bike. A/C was amazing in the heat. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was good to cook basic meals.

The apartment is located in an amazing place on the mountain side. It is part of the hosting families big house and is a very cozy apartment. Our host was very nice and helpful, advised couple of local places to visit that are more hidden from tourists. Our 2 kids and we enjoyed our stay very much.
