His attention to detail and experience shows in his interactions and the care and personal preference for the best experience for the room and dining he can bring to you. He clearly takes responsibility for the operations and quality without being intrusive and it makes for an excellent stay at the finest village home's historic modernized hotel and reataurant property. He also maintains a full bar with fine wines and spirits and outstanding coffee.

Our host welcomed us in person upon our arrival and instructed us on accessing the apartment and parking. She also took the extra effort to ask if we would like recommendations for things to see in the area based on our itinerary. Her recommendations were thoughtful. She selected them based on our planned travel the next day so we could see some sights on the way to our next destination. If we had been staying longer in the Karst region, this would have been a great base location.

The sauna was fantastic, and the location was perfect. The surrounding area is beautiful, with plenty of activities nearby. It’s also very close to Italy—just about a 15-minute drive—and we took the opportunity to cross the border and enjoy some pizza there.
The facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean. Our room was very spacious, making it perfect for the two of us.

The family running the property were so charming. We were met with a welcoming drink and happily chatted over Google Translate breakfast was excellent. We only could stay one night but we will gladly return for more. The renovations were impeccable.
