Hotel staff: There was a lady at the reception when we checked in, and she was very helpful and welcoming.
Location: 1.4 km from the city center. However, it was a nice walk for us. Those who love to stroll around the riverside will really enjoy.
Parking: There is enough parking space for all visitors, most importantly they are free and gated parking so your car stays secured. Additional unground parking is also available for 10 Euro per night

We traveled to Maribor with my wife in November and stayed there for only one night. The property is about 2 km from the city center and about 1 km from one of the biggest shopping malls in Maribor. The apartment is big and can accommodate 4 people.
It was very easy to meet with the host. She explained all details clearly. the air conditioner kept the entire property warm all night long.
The property has a nice balcony and a free space for car parking. The Wi-fi worked well.
I also like the cleanness of the property.

I was really pleased by the owner's kindness and the quality of the apartment. All clean and tidy. There is enough parking for everybody. The city center is 10 minutes away from the apartment and city parking costs only 1.5 per hour. I guess it's the best deal I had for the price it cost. Will be happy to return.
The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, views of the ski slope from the studio window, really quiet location and neighbours, great communication from the host. 25 minutes walk from the cable car up the mountain worked for me, and well located to hike up the mountains.
