Our apartments were spotless clean, very well equipped with everything you need during your stay (including mosquito nets) and even things you have not yet thought you might need (like a blender). It is a family business and the hosts were very kind and helping us with everything. We were able to use the washing machine in the basement which was not mentioned in the booking.com description. The apartments are in a renovated water mill building at a riverbank in a very central location of the town (a couple of mins walking to the local restaurants and bars), just opposite the street from the aqua-park (which is BTW quite expensive comparing to other similar places in Slovenia, but this has nothing to do with the owner of the apartments), there is a common patio to enjoy staying outside at the river. The location is at the same time very peaceful, because not directly at the street. There are a couple of surprising local tourist attractions within 15 minutes driving (WWII partisan camp, castle). Novo Mesto (15 mins drive) has a large variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay here. The hosts are so welcoming and brought us warm freshly baked bread and showed us around their vineyard, which included a few samples! Nothing was too much trouble for them. The log burner kept us warm and the views from the swing chair are stunning. This is a little gem of a place and we would love to return in the future, highly recommended!

The view of the sunset over the hills was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were massive and even though at first I wasn't sure how I would sleep on a water bed(never done it before) it was so comfy 😍

The location is great, especially if you want a quiet place. The apartment is extremely comfortable and everything you need is already there. It is fully equipped and also has a washing machine, which was very useful for us, since we cycled a lot and had laundry to do. Very good as a starting point for cycling or other activities. An additional bonus is the terrace where you can relax in the evenings after a full day of activities. Very highly recommendable!

Stella apartment was super clean and literally has everything you need to make any meal. The apartment is big and close to everything. Owner is lovely.
The apartment is really nicely made in an old mill building. It has everything we needed, from fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, two separate rooms and a small patio outside with access to big backyard by the river. The location is superb, just across the unbusy street to the main park, where the entrance to the spa and swimming pools is. 5min walk to the local supermarket,3 minutes to main square. Perfect, we loved all of it!
rooms were more like apartments, with kitchen and everything. It made out stay a lot easier as we were able to cook our own food. Property is very specious and bright, we had as well one apartment with a terrace which is just fantastic.

Great location in a small and quiet town of Dolenjske Toplice, just few minutes walk to a thermal pool. We parked our car right next to a hotel.

The owner did let us enter a bit earlier, which was great because our baby needed to take her day nap. The apartment was exceptionally clean! They warmed it up for us...it was just perfect! Everything is so close to the apartment! The view is amazing! We literally have 0 complaints. Bed was so comfortable, not to hard, not to soft! All that you need is there! We didn't want to leave the apartment, it was that good for us!! We will be going back as soon as we are able to!!
