The apartment suite was beautiful. The bedroom was spacious, the bathroom was good (hot water limited to 2 hrs, but this is more than enough time for showering), the kitchen was great. It was well-stocked with items needed for our stay. We went to a grocery store in Koper and saved a bunch of money on meals while staying there. The property does have a washer and dryer for laundry that you can pay extra to use (not included in booking fee). We were desperate to do laundry at that point in our trip and very happy to use the facilities, which were just down the hall from our apartment. The owner is very accommodating and kind, she worked hard to get the WiFi up and running for our stay, answered a number of questions for us, and even brought us a bowl of fresh cherries on the house. They were delicious. There's also a welcome bottle of wine but we rarely consume alcohol and didn't try it out. The neighbors have a cute, friendly dog who loves belly rubs!

Koper was supposed to be a small stopover between Trieste and a journey to the north of Slovenia, but the host of the apartment met us ready with a welcome package, a lot of stories about the town and a friendly attitude. We loved staying in this cozy apartment on the edge of the old town:)

Parking outside the house, that has 2 other apartments but you don't see or hear the others.
AC worked very well.
The best for me was how well equipped the house was, clean, well organize, with all necessary items you could need, very thoughtful.

The apartment was very clean. Manuela and Boris are veey friendly and accommodating. Manuela is so kind that she even baked pancakes for my children. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable rest, the double bed is very large and cosy.
Very nice small apartment, clean and with modern equipment. The owner was really kind and helpful, there was possibility of using the grill outside which was great. We will definitely visit again :)
Great location. Awesome host who offered us some wine when we arrived and had a little chat with us. The apartment was clean and smelled really nice. We had a little terrace with a view of the sea. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dekani is a great starting point for exploring Slovenia, which is beautiful country. We recommend 100%! Someday we will come back for sure :)
