The Ljublana airport is in the middle of a bunch of agricultural fields far on the outskirts of the city. There are no airport hotels that service the airport, so having the Avio Apartment is a great way of getting the functionality of an airport hotel. The Apartma is in a super-peaceful and walkable location, situated conveniently close to the airport, but also rural. The host is so nice and welcoming, she made us feel at home instantly! She provided recommendations for restaurants, which led to one of the best dinners we had on our trip (the Kruhkerija Gorjanc). Of all the places we booked for our trip to Slovenia and Croatia, this one was the most pleasant surprise. We thought we were just booking an affordable place to lay our heads before flying home, but wished we could have stayed longer! We reserved 2 Apartmas for our family of 6 and they were located together on the 3rd floor with a connecting entryway before the main door to each unit, so we had the whole floor to ourselves. There’s also an elevator which helped us bring luggage up and down easily. There are only 3 units , plus the owner’s, so it feels very private and safe. I highly recommend staying at Apartma Ajja. You will be 100% satisfied.

Nice calm place in the relative vicinity of several Slovenian top attractions like Logar Valley, Velika Planina, Ljubljana. Also the view from the apartment (the top one) was magnificent. Window blinds allowed to keep the temperature in the apartment at a very good level even in hot days.
There’s parking in front of the house, the nature around the house is beautiful, the town with a grocery store etc is 5 minutes away by car. Small apartment but it has everything you might need. All in all very good value for price.
Apartment was easy to find and there was lots of parking space. The host was extremely nice and welcoming and gave us important information about surroundings. Also the garden and environment was lovely. It was nice to sit outside at the shade and just listen sound of the water. So relaxing. And I loved the horses.
The apartments are situated near to many tourist attractions. The hosts are very kind. Price-value ratio is very good. The rooms are well equiped, super clean, and comfortable. Kids can play on the garden playground. Recommend for anybody, especially families.

Room is very small to accommodate 3 adults and 1 kid. It is like a studio apartment. But the location is very nice like a farm house with kids play area and farm animals. The host was attentive for all our queries.
