Great location, fantastic property with a big, beautiful garden. There are a table and chairs in front of each room, and other tables in the garden. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms quiet and clean. Breakfast is delicious. You have to choose from a list the evening before (where you also write the quantity you want). Kitchen is shared with the other rooms and is fully equipped (each room has its own cupboard with plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery and tea towel).

We stayed at solviken for 3 nights and were 8 adult family members. We had extra mattresses and were comfortable. The place was very clean and neat. And OMG the view from the round window. Snowfall, the trees, the icy river in the days and the stars at night is so worthhhhhhh everything.
Per was very kind to us and commmunicated well. He was available and we felt comfortable asking him questions. We were welcomed with some drink.

This place is beyond belief. We stayed there for 3 nights and were incredibly excited about everything: location, cleanliness, staff, surroundings, restaurant, and mainly the family-oriented atmosphere. This place is worth a visit and we will definitely come back soon!

For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The location was perfect; only 10 minutes walk to the beach and Kalmar Castle. The property had a nice pool. There was a lot of space in the apartment and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, including a washing machine and drying. The hosts were nice. There was plenty of free parking across the street.
Nice and clean apartment in villa area. Bed sheets were provided but bedmaking were for the guests to do themselves. Main issue was the location. While it is advertised as "cozy apartments in Kalmar centre", it was in fact located more than 30 minutes walk from the centre. Very inconvenient for someone without a car.
Good place to stay either overnight (like we did) or a bit longer stay. Located in very quiet part of Kalmar, just a short walk distance from beach and Kalmar castle. Apartments equipped with all basic things you need for longer stay, only thing to be aware that you may have your apartments (I think there are couple of options but we got basement one) in the basement floor, so no big windows or garden view from there :)
The apartment was big, clean and had it's own kitchen and bathroom what is not very common in Sweden. This was realy a big advantage and we appreciated it.
