The person concerned was very helpful, the house was clean, we loved the house. I loved the location of the house, it is close to the shopping mall and 10-15 minutes by car to the city center. When you look back from the garden of the house, you see a very beautiful view.

As we got complitely different apartment or more of a part of a house I will be rating that place as that place was amazing. Many rooms, beautiful decor, big terrace.
Nicely refurbished new look apartment. All the facilities you could need including a huge web tv and large washing machine/drier. Parking is off street on tarmac area inside another gate next to the apartment.
After reading the reviews we did not know what to expect, but were positivelly surprised. Our appartment was spacious, with well equiped kitchen, private bathroom (new shower), 2 balconies and there were no doors, conecting the appartment with the owner's office(as stated in some previous reviews). Looks like there are more appartments and ours was really great. It's true that the furniture is a bit old, but apartment itself is functional.
The apartments are very comfortable, cozy and clean. There are comfortable beds and good-smelling bedding. The location of the apartments is in the city center, which allows you to have quick access to restaurants, shops and a public garden. Very caring and sensitive staff who are constantly in touch and ready to help in any situation. Our stay here was positive and calm. I recommend this owner, who will take care of comfort and coziness.
The hotel was overbooked so I had no room upon arrival. The friendly man did his utmost and finally got me an acceptable (but not more than that) accomodation in an apartment at no cost for me.
The room was nice. You share the apartment with the host and u have ur own room. it’s very simple and lovely u feel like home. It was clean and fresh. The owner was very friendly. It was overall good and perfect for short staying with low price.
We spent only one night here, so we didn't need any facilities. The apartment was well heated and clean. I couldn't receive sms with check-in details, so I called the owner. He was very responsive and sent it via email immediately. The flat is in a good location to explore the city on foot.
