I was just staying overnight on trip back from Norway to UK, it did the job perfectly, however, it's facilities, outside 'patio' area, etc, would have made it a great place for a comfortable longer stay.
I had a problem to fix on my motorbike when I arrived, I was allowed to put the bike in their barn / stable area and work on it there, and I was provided with help locating local Bike dealers, etc, all of which was much appreciated and reassuring.

The flat suited me very well. I travelled alone, I'm 75+ in age and I was very comfortable. IF you have mobility issues, you may not manage the narrow stairs from the ground floor up to the flat very well. There is a bread shop next door to the property, an ICA supermarket further down the street and Systembolaget (state alcohol shop) is a short walk further down Drottninggatan. Denmark is 20 minutes away by ferry. The central spot and comfort of this flat is one reason that I will certainly return to it again!
The flat was very spacious and well equipped. It was close to a nice park and it was walking distance into town. There was a great baker and a good supermarket close by.
