Host was happy that I stayed in THE frigate apartment? OUTSIDE the gate is a meat market, grocery store, and down the street a fresh seafood market. Bus stop is just a few feet away. The fruit gift was an added touch and was delicious.

The location of the apartment was great. It had all the needed appliances for us to use during our stay. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The balcony was spacious and had direct view on the beach. Having a buggy to go around the island was a great addition. Communication with the host was easy and any of our requests were dealt with quickly.

The Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Its very close to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants and takeaways. It was super clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful with booking rental cars, giving tips and general advice.

What a stay! Barbara and Gilbert are superstars. The location is great, the view from the apartment is amazing, the apartment was spotless clean and had all amenities needed. Cleaning was arranged every 2/3 days and our laundry done also. Better service than in a hotel to be honest. Barbara even arranged the car rental for us and a cake for my bday 🤩
Can only recommend the place. If you don’t want to spend a buck load of money in a resort, just stay at Surfers’s cove apartment, rent a car and explore the island. We’ll be back for sure 😄
