We highly enjoyed our stay! Pamela's service was outstanding during our stay - she was always happy to help and to advise. The room we got was very clean, spacious, and had a great sea view. Everything was well maintained and we really enjoyed the equipped kitchenette for cooking dinner. The location is very good right by Cote D'Or Beach with everything you might need within 5-15 minute walking distance: takeaways, restaurants, grocery stores, ATM, etc. Another advantage of this lovely guesthouse is that they rent a couple of cars which is very convenient for exploring the island as well as driving to the ferry terminal at the end of your stay (you can return the car at the ferry terminal so you don't have to take a taxi). Daily cleaning is provided with towels changed every 2 nights, as well as large beach towels. They also provided laundry service at a fair cost.

We loved the location on Grand Anse beach, small grocery shops nearby, bus stop across the street and beautiful sunsets. The staff were all very nice…we were welcomed by the owner, Cindy, but then she had a week’s vacation so her sister, Chantal, took excellent care of us. Even insisting that her husband drive us to the airport at 6 am! (We were prepared to walk as it’s less than a kilometre.)

This is the best stay we had in the Seychelles. the property new, big , clean and has all the needed facilities. the shower is fantastic and the outdoor also(there is BBQ, beach shower and tables. The stuff is also great. They should bring photographer since this is much more impressive in real life compared to the photos in booking)

If you are looking for a perfect house for your dreaming holiday STOP. This is perfect place on Praslin. Good location (you need a car or take taxi), extremely clean. very spacious. And owners are very friendly, quiet.
All flor on this house is yours, including pool, parking, terrace. Owners lives downstairs, but you dont know about them.

Really nice apartment, very spacious with a great well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to by car and good parking. Lovely outside areas for BBQ, watching the sunset and hanging out. The hosts were exceptional, they organised a fabulous excursion to Curieuse island for us.
The studio appartment is in fact really big with a large bedroom, separate lounge/kitchen and a big terrace with a fabulous sea view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The premises are just on Anse Kerlan and Anse Georgette is 5 minutes away by car. There are a couple of supermarkets 3 minutes away on foot.
We booked this at the last minute after a change of holiday dates and it was difficult to find a room in other more obvious choices of hotel, but we were very happy with it and glad to have booked here.
First of all, I want to thank Mrs. Taciana and Mr. Pascal for their kindness and hospitality. Our vacation at Anse Kerlan Beach Chalets was exactly what we wanted. The apartment was authentic and functional, everything was clean and pleasant. We really liked the beautiful and well-maintained garden, but the best is the place next to the beach, where you can really enjoy the peace and the wonderful view under the thick shade of palm trees. The beach is beautiful, very private. I would be happy to recommend a holiday in this accommodation.
The building is new and cleaned, from the kitchen you'll find all you need for self catering. Apartment has large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or just enjoy a good weather. Villa is close to the small and quiet beach. It is nice and private place, but within walking distance are shops and take-aways. There is free parking as well.

We got the upstairs room with the balcony. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and super clean. Karen helped us a lot in organizing our programs. She made reservations and car rental. We had a great time there.
very nice host, caring. helpful in everything - she helped us rent a car, even when it seemed impossible - we called 6-7 car rental companies and everywhere was fully booked. the apartment has all the necessary equipment, a wonderful view of the ocean. we didn't swim directly under the accommodation, there were big waves and seaweed, but a short distance away is one of the most beautiful beaches - Anse Georgette. the small shop is within walking distance- very friendly indian.
Outstanding experience. Our stay was perfect from the start to the end. Great apartment, amazing view, the location is good (if you have a rental car), it is very clean, and Karen is an amazing host. She helped us with some recommandations, gave us some beach towels, she was available any time we needed her, and always was very kind.
I recommend 100% this place if you plan a stay in Praslin! Don’t hesitate!
