The location was easily accessible. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. On entrance we were welcomed by beautiful fragrance. We had booked a king bed room but the owner was kind enough to upgrade us to 2 bedroom suite. Cleanliness was on point. Even the bedsheets and the prayer mat smelled so good. The beds were very comfortable.

In all Taif the accommodations almost are the same except Hotels. For this one it was a spacious apartment with comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony topped with grape tree. The view was fair. The owner and his assistant was very Respectful, polite and cooperative. There is a petrol station next to it with everything we need.

The room was superb with the facility provided. It is very comfortable, just like a studio apartment with a fridge and stove and a big trash bin.
We ordered the food online as we arrived late and the location is not too near to the food place to walk.
Staff behavior was fantastic, especially one Pakistani staff guy, he is very friendly and helpful. They gave us, a studio apartment for the same price, which is very comfortable and relaxing. And, there is a kid's play area inside the hotel, where my kid has played for more than 2 hours and really enjoyed it. I would love to stay there again, it is really value of money.
